Mohd Azwan bin Zainudin is an experienced management leader with a strong background in human capital development, education, and organizational leadership. A native of Ampang, Selangor, he has built his career progressively from grassroots involvement to leading established institutions.
He possesses a well-rounded academic foundation that combines science, management, and human development. He began with a Diploma in Science from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), and later pursued studies in Human Resource Management. He subsequently completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). This combination equips him with strong capabilities in strategic leadership, organizational management, and talent development.
Azwan’s career began in the education sector, where he was directly involved in student and community development. His experience expanded as he took on leadership roles as a tuition centre manager and later as the Coordinator of Human Capital Development for the state of Selangor. In this role, he was responsible for coordinating and strengthening community-based education initiatives that benefited diverse segments of society.
Currently, he serves as the Executive Director of an integrated education institution and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a private company, demonstrating his ability to lead both educational and corporate organizations effectively. His leadership approach emphasizes operational efficiency, system development, and sustainable team building.
In addition, he is actively involved in various community and education-based organizations at the state level, contributing to institutional collaboration and strengthening networks across different sectors. He is known for his practical, solution-oriented leadership style, grounded in real on-the-ground experience.
With over a decade of leadership experience in organizational management and community development, Mohd Azwan bin Zainudin brings a clear vision: to build a competitive and inclusive society through effective management, quality education, and expanded opportunities for all.
